The Gopher Midget Racing Series is gearing up for an incredible 2025 season! With exciting changes to our motor rules and an expanded race schedule, we are set to deliver thrilling, competitive, and fan-friendly racing like never before. Whether you're a driver, fan, or sponsor, this season promises something special for everyone.

After careful consideration, we’ve made a major change to our motor regulations. Starting in the 2025 season, the Gopher Midget Racing Series will operate under an Open Motor Rule. This decision is meant to level the playing field and make it easier for more competitors to join the series, ensuring a stable and exciting racing environment for years to come. This change is permanent and will be a cornerstone of our series moving forward.

The 2025 season will feature the return of our popular 6 Start Series Races at Thunder Hill Speedway, with $1,000 payouts for the winners! We’re also excited to announce the addition of 4 new Saturday night races at Thunder Hill, giving racers and fans more opportunities to experience the action on non-work nights. We are speaking with other tracks like Fairbult and Cannon Falls as well for next season - Stay Tuned!

The full 2025 race schedule will be released soon, and Saturday night payouts will be announced along with it. Stay tuned for more details as we finalize the calendar!
